中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第四次全体会议通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)。对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观,有效应对国际金融危机冲击、保持经济平稳较快发展,夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面,具有重大而深远的意义。搞好《决定》及党的各种方针政策的宣传,对我国改革开放的深化和中华民族的振兴意义重大,应利用各种媒体搞好宣传,其中包括网络传播阵地。
Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning Strengthening and Improving the Party Construction in the New Situation (hereinafter referred to as the “Decision”) adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. It is of great and far-reaching significance for thoroughly implementing the scientific development concept, effectively coping with the impact of the global financial crisis, maintaining a steady and rapid economic development, seizing a new victory in building an overall well-to-do society and opening up a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To do a good job of “making decisions” and publicizing the party’s various principles and policies is of great significance to the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. We should make good use of various media for propaganda, including the position of network dissemination.
