目的通过对9家二级综合医院药物配备分析,为本区域基本药物增补的遴选提供参考。方法采用问卷调查,药品配备基本数据收集、分析、综合量化评分、分类取舍、验证,推荐本区域基本与用药目录。结果共推荐化学药品和生物制品27大类410个品种,中成药8大类202个品种。结论推荐目录药品品种的70%以上在10家医院使用,使用金额比例在9家二级医院占45%~73%,方法可行。
Objective To provide references for the selection of essential drugs supplementation in the region through the analysis of drug allocation in nine second-level general hospitals. Methods A questionnaire survey, basic data collection and analysis of drugs, comprehensive quantitative evaluation, classification and selection, validation and recommendation of basic and medication catalogs in this area were conducted. Results A total of 410 varieties of chemical and biological products in 27 major categories and 202 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine in 8 major categories were recommended. Conclusions More than 70% of the recommended categories of drug products are used in 10 hospitals, and the proportion of using the drugs in 45% ~ 73% of 9 secondary hospitals is feasible.
