介绍了用二次造渣法在300t转炉上冶炼高合金芯棒钢的经验。一次造渣基本完成去磷,倒渣后造两次渣。同时,炉内加铬铁;根据停吹成分配加包内合金和吹氩及RH真空处理。选用RV-92锭模,U24保护渣和发热板等工艺,成功地生产出急需的芯棒钢。其质量优于上重厂电炉产品,完全可以代替西德进口的芯棒钢,但也存在着铬收得率偏低,钢水终点温度偏高等问题。故今后生产类似芯棒钢的中、高合金钢种,应对铁水实施综合预处理为佳。
The experience of smelting high alloy caster steel on 300t converter with secondary slag making method is introduced. A slagging basically completed dephosphorization, slag made after two slag. Therefore, the future production of similar mandrel steel, high alloy steel, hot metal should be integrated pre-treatment is better.
