目的探讨重度缺铁性贫血伴抑郁症时患者血清甲状腺激素水平的变化。方法对60例重度缺铁性贫血患者进行分组(重度缺铁性贫血伴抑郁组38例和重度缺铁性贫血不伴抑郁组22例),收集两组患者空腹血清,应用放射免疫分析法,检测60例重度缺铁性贫血患者血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)水平,并与30例正常健康体检者(对照组)进行比较。结果重度缺铁性贫血血清FT3水平比对照组FT3水平明显下降;重度缺铁性贫血伴抑郁比重度缺铁性贫血无抑郁组FT3水平明显下降,而血清FT4、TSH水平与对照组相比变化不明显。结论重度缺铁性贫血患者甲状腺功能发生变化,重度缺铁性贫血伴抑郁患者比无抑郁患者FT3变化更明显。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum thyroid hormones in patients with severe iron deficiency anemia and depression. Methods Sixty patients with severe iron deficiency anemia were divided into group (38 with severe iron deficiency anemia and depression group and 22 with severe iron deficiency anemia without depression group). Fasting serum was collected from both groups. Radioimmunoassay, The levels of serum free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in 60 patients with severe iron deficiency anemia were measured and compared with those in 30 normal healthy subjects (control group) . Results Serum levels of FT3 in patients with severe iron deficiency anemia were significantly lower than those in controls. FT3 levels in severe iron-deficiency anemia patients with depression and severe iron-deficiency anemia without depression were significantly decreased, while serum FT4 and TSH levels were significantly lower than those in control subjects Not obvious. Conclusions Thyroid function changes in patients with severe iron deficiency anemia. FT3 changes in patients with severe iron deficiency anemia and depression are more obvious than those without depression.
