奥运争光战略决定了优秀运动队在今后较长的一段时间内仍然存在。近年来,退役运动员遇到了前所未有的再就业困难,这将影响到我国竞技体育的可持续发展。文章采用文献资料法、分析法,对我国专业运动员退役的原因、体育体制的深化改革对退役运动员再就业的影响等进行分析,围绕这个问题在分析了我国退役运动员再就业困难原因的基础上,提出解决运动员退役后就业难问题的几点对策。
Olympic glory strategy determines the outstanding sports teams in the future for a long period of time still exist. In recent years, retired athletes encountered an unprecedented re-employment difficulties, which will affect the sustainable development of our competitive sports. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the reemployment difficulties of retired athletes in our country, this paper analyzes the reasons why retired Chinese professional athletes retire, the influence of the deepening reform of the sports system on the reemployment of retired athletes and so on. Put forward some countermeasures to solve the difficult employment problem after retired athletes.
