《药品管理法》第三十九条明确规定:“国家对麻醉药品、精神药品、毒性药品、放射性药品、实行特殊管理办法”。1987年国务院又发布了《麻醉药品管理办法》,使麻醉药品管理进入了法制化的新阶段。对于麻醉药品,如果管理有方,用之得当,就能正确发挥其防病治病的积极作用。反之,则会危害人民身体健康和生命安全,破坏社会劳动力,造成严重后果。为了摸清麻醉药品在我县的使用管理情况,本县、区15个医院的麻醉药品管理和使用情况进行了检查,现将医院麻醉药品管理的有关问题简要归纳于后,以引起各级医院的重
