目的调查新疆维吾尔族、汉族成人高尿酸血症的患病情况及其相关危险因素,为防治高尿酸血症提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对新疆乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院体检人群11 479例,进行问卷调查、一般体格检查、生化指标检测,统计不同民族、不同年龄、不同性别人群的高尿酸血症患病率,并对高尿酸血症相关危险因素进行分析。结果维吾尔族体检人群血尿酸水平低于汉族,维吾尔族、汉族人群高尿酸血症的患病率为7.5%和14.0%;维吾尔族与汉族人群男性的高尿酸血症患病率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着年龄的增长,血尿酸水平和高尿酸血症患病率也随之增加;维、汉族人群尿酸水平均随着代谢综合征组分项数增加而增高(P<0.01);多因素logistic回归分析结果表明性别、年龄、汉族、体质指数(BMI)、舒张压(DBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)为高尿酸血症的危险因素。结论维吾尔族人群高尿酸血症患病率低,高尿酸血症与各种代谢紊乱存在联系。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and related risk factors of hyperuricemia among Uygur and Han adults in Xinjiang and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods A total of 11 479 physical examinations were conducted in a top three hospital in Urumqi, Xinjiang by questionnaire, general physical examination and biochemical tests. The prevalence of hyperuricemia among different ethnic groups, different ages and different gender groups Rate, and analysis of risk factors associated with hyperuricemia. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia in Uygur people was 7.5% and 14.0% lower than that in Han people. The prevalence of hyperuricemia in Uygur and Han nationality men was higher than that of women, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); with age, serum uric acid levels and the prevalence of hyperuricemia also increased; uric acid levels in Victoria and Han population were increased with the number of metabolic syndrome components (P <0.01). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age, Han, BMI, DBP, TG, LDL- , Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) are the risk factors of hyperuricemia. Conclusions The prevalence of hyperuricemia in Uyghur population is low, and hyperuricemia is associated with various metabolic disorders.
