NGSZ内窥高速摄影装置,可用于研究蒸汽轮机中湿蒸汽对汽轮机叶片的水蚀机理。 大型蒸汽轮机是热电站,尤其是核电站的重要设备。汽轮机叶片,主要是转子的动叶,长期在高速湿蒸汽的作用下产生水蚀,影响汽轮机正常工作,降低机组效率,甚至导致叶片变形以至断裂,直接危及汽轮机的安全运行。近年来,由于核动力装置迅速发展,汽轮机组单机功率大幅度增加,因而湿蒸汽的危害性更加突出。
