班集体是学生从入学到毕业期间最基本的归属组织,它好比一个无形的模具,引导着学生进行自我塑造。学生在班级里学习文化知识,学会与人相处,学习如何做人。学生精神面貌的好坏,很大程度上可以取决于班集体的整体风貌。而班主任恰恰是班集体的领航者。多年的班主任工作经验,使我悟出了:今天,我们应该这样做班主任。一、博古通今,知识渊博如今的孩子所接触的事物是那么广阔,对天文、对地理、对远古、对未来充满神奇,好奇心那么强烈。
Class collective is a student from admission to graduation during the most basic ownership, it is like an invisible mold, and guide students to self-shaping.
