目的:通过对36例新生儿窒息复苏的临床实践总结体会。方法:按照美国儿科协会和美国心脏协会主编《新生儿窒息复苏》(中译本)教材ABCDE复苏方案,对36例轻、重度窒息的新生儿进行复苏。结果:复苏成功率为97%(35/36),1例家属自动放弃。结论:新生儿窒息复苏要熟练掌握技术要领,默契配合。
Objective: To summarize the experience of 36 cases of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation. METHODS: Thirty-six newborns with mild or severe asphyxia were resuscitated according to ABCDE program, which was edited by the American College of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association, “Neonatal Asphyxia Resuscitation” (Chinese version). Results: The successful rate of resuscitation was 97% (35/36), and one case of family member gave up automatically. Conclusion: neonatal asphyxia resuscitation should master the technical essentials, tacit cooperation.
