我院同日本名古屋大学合作研制成功的多通道同时测定动态应变测试装置于八五年十一月十五日通过鉴定。这种测试装置可同时准确地测出多通道(16通道)瞬态物理参量。如轧制变形区内的单位压力分佈、摩擦力、轧制力,轧制力矩等。测定的结果可微型机屏幕上显示,也可在打印机上打印数据或用X-Y绘图仪绘图。测得的数据可贮于磁盘保存或作二次处理。这种测试装置是一个完整的计算机数据采集和处理系统,比目前大量采用的应变仪示波器系统采集速度快,精度高,重复性好,数据处理快,抗干扰性能强,重量轻,体
