近年来,我省文化志愿者队伍日益壮大,文化志愿服务活动丰富多彩,涌现出一批文化志愿服务品牌项目,已经成为公共文化服务体系建设的重要补充力量。但总体而言,文化志愿服务起步较晚,一定程度上存在着活动开展不够经常、管理体制不够完善、保障机制不够健全等问题。推进文化志愿服务制度化常态化发展对引导人们在服务他人、奉献社会过程中践行道德规范、提升道德境界,促进社会主义核心价值体系建设;推动群众性文化活动广泛深入开展,丰富人们精神文化生活,满足人们精神文化需求,保障人民基本文化权益;吸引优秀文化人才服务基层,壮大基层文化人才队伍,为社会主义文化大发展大繁荣提供人才支撑具有十分重要的意义。
In recent years, cultural volunteers in our province have grown in strength, cultural volunteer service activities have been colorful, and a number of cultural volunteer service brand projects have emerged. These have become an important complement to the construction of public cultural service system. However, on the whole, cultural volunteer services started relatively late, to some extent, there were problems such as the activities were not carried out often enough, the management system was not perfect enough, and the safeguard mechanism was not perfect enough. Promote the institutionalization of cultural volunteer services to normalize the development of guiding people in the service of others, contributing to the community in the practice of ethics, enhance the moral realm, and promote the construction of the socialist core value system; promote mass cultural activities in-depth and in-depth enrich people’s spiritual culture Life, satisfy people’s spiritual and cultural needs, and ensure people’s basic cultural rights. It is of great significance to attract outstanding cultural talents to serve for the grassroots and to expand the ranks of grass-roots cultural talents so as to provide personnel support for the great development and prosperity of socialist culture.
