中国人民大学宪政与行政法治研究中心是中国人民大学宪法学与行政法学重点学科对外进行学术交流的组织形式。本中心是新中国最早成立的、获得宪法学与行政法学硕士、博士学位授予权的教学科研机构之一,被教育部评选为第一批国家级重点学科(2002年,2007年再次获得这一殊荣)。中心的《中国宪法学》、《行政法与行政诉讼法》均为国家级高等学校精品课程。宪法学与行政法学教学团队2010年被教育部评为宪法学与行政法学“国家级教学团队”。中心设有中国宪法研究所、比较宪法研究所、中国行政法研究所、比较行政法研究所、一国两制法
The Renmin University of China’s Constitutional Research and Administrative Law Research Center is the organizational form of the academic exchange between the key subjects of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law of Renmin University of China. The Center is the earliest established in New China, access to the Constitutional and Administrative Law Master, Ph.D. granted the right of teaching and research institutions, the Ministry of Education was named the first batch of national key disciplines (in 2002, again in 2007 to obtain this Honor). The center of “China’s constitutional law”, “Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law” are national high school quality courses. Constitutional and administrative law teaching team in 2010 by the Ministry of education as constitutional and administrative law “national teaching team ”.
