通过对耐磨新钢种40MnTiB、75SiMn采用新热处理工艺的试验研究,阐述了钢的耐磨性与热处理、金相组织之间的关系,说明了板条马氏体钢具有韧性与耐磨性的优良配合,可以取代高碳调质钢,用于耐磨抗冲击部件,简化工艺、节省能源。通过对75SiMn钢等温和复合淬火处理后其耐磨性比65Mn钢提高50%以上的试验研究,说明了采用等温和复合淬火,可大幅度提高高碳低合金钢的耐磨性。文中还对金属材料的特性时耐磨性的影响进行了分析讨论。
