教练员的管理工作涉及众多方面 ,影响教练员管理效果的关键因素之一在于教练员的管理影响力的大小和是否得到正确使用。一般来说 ,教练员管理影响力分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力两大类。权力性影响力是由教练员的职位和职务而形成的 ,是一种法定权和制度权 ,具有较强的约束力 ,是教练员开展管理工作的基础。非权力性影响力是由教练员本身的素质和行为而形成的 ,是一种自然的影响力 ,不具有强制性 ,从心理反应的角度来说 ,其影响更深刻和长远。教练员在使用其权力性影响力时应注意把握 :要按规章制度秉公办事和善于授权。在使用非权力性影响力时 ,教练员要做到 :以才服人、以德服人、以情感人和以行塑人。
Coach management involves many aspects, one of the key factors that affect the coaching management effectiveness is the coaching staff management influence and the size of the correct use. In general, coaches management influence is divided into two kinds of power influence and non-power influence. The influence of power is formed by the positions and positions of coaches. It is a kind of statutory power and system power. It has strong binding power and is the basis of coaches’ management. Non-power influence is formed by the coach’s own quality and behavior, is a natural influence, not mandatory, from the psychological point of view, the impact is more profound and long-term. Coaches should pay attention to using their power of influence: according to the rules and regulations, be impartial and be good at authorization. In the use of non-power influence, coaches should do: to persuade people, to serve people with morality, emotional person and make use of plastic.
