俄政府总理普京8月5日在政府工作会议上宣布,俄将从8月15日至12月31日禁止粮食及粮食产品出口。禁令涉及小麦、混合麦、大麦、黑麦、玉米、小麦面粉、小麦和黑麦混合制面粉。分析人士认为,俄政府出台禁令的主要原因有四点。首先,抑制俄国内粮食价格的上涨。6月以来一直肆虐的旱灾以及高温引发的火灾使超过1020万公顷农作物绝收(相当于全国农作物种植面积的五分之一),今年粮食减产已成定局,各地粮食价格因此大幅上涨。
Russian Prime Minister Putin announced at a government working conference on August 5 that Russia will ban the export of food and food products from August 15 to December 31. The ban involved wheat, mixed wheat, barley, rye, corn, wheat flour, wheat and rye flour. Analysts believe that the ban on the Russian government has four main reasons. First, curb rising food prices in Russia. Over 10.2 million hectares of crops (equivalent to one fifth of the country’s crop area) have been abolished since the drought and high-temperature-induced fires that began in June. As a result, food production has soared this year, resulting in a sharp rise in food prices everywhere.
