农村公路是农村经济发展、农业结构调整、农民持续增收的重要基础条件。农村公路事业发展能有效推动我市新农村建设。近年来,随着我市农村公路建设步子的加快,布局合理的乡村公路网络已遂步形成,构建便捷、通畅、高效、安全的公路体系,在新农村建设中成了交通部门首当其冲的重要工作。农村公路是建设社会主义新农村的重要内涵,是农村社会经济发展的基础设施,农村公路建设的好坏关系着农村发展的成败,经过几年的发展,宁波农村公路建设取得了显著的成绩,实现了全市3597个行政村村村通公路,实现全市行政村通等级公路100%,公路路面硬化率100%,工程合格率100%。
Rural roads are the important basic conditions for the development of rural economy, the adjustment of agricultural structure and the continuous increase of incomes of peasants. The development of rural road industry can effectively promote the construction of new countryside in our city. In recent years, with the speeding up of rural road construction in our city, a well-structured network of rural roads has been formed and a convenient, unobstructed, efficient and safe highway system has been formed, which has become an important task that the transport sector takes the brunt of in the new rural construction . Rural roads are the important connotation of building a new socialist countryside and are the infrastructure for rural social and economic development. The construction of rural roads is related to the success or failure of rural development. After several years’ development, the construction of rural roads in Ningbo has made remarkable achievements. Realization of the city’s 3597 administrative village village through the road to achieve the city’s administrative villages through the highway 100%, 100% of road surface hardening rate, the project pass rate of 100%.
