立足于完善应用型本科院校的人才培养结构,阐述对应用型人才的认识,并从课程体系、培养计划、实践教学、教育环境等方面阐述了创新型人才培养的途径。结合应用型本科人才的定位要求,介绍了应用型人才培养方案的实践性特色。
Based on improving the personnel training structure in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, the author expounds the cognition of practical talents, and expounds the ways of cultivating innovative talents from aspects of curriculum system, training plan, practical teaching and educational environment. Combined with the positioning requirements of applied undergraduate talents, this paper introduces the practical characteristics of applied talents training programs.
