现代化是当代社会发展的方向，我国少数民族地区在现代化发展过程中，需要把文化的进步、社会的发展和经济的发展结合起来。少数民族新文化的构建，要立足于传统文化的优秀本质，吸取先进的文化内涵。以可持续发展原则指导民族地区的发展，需要全面提高少数民族地区人的文化素质。
Modernization is the direction of the development of contemporary society. In the course of its modernization, the ethnic minority areas in our country need to combine cultural progress, social development and economic development. The construction of a new ethnic minority culture should be based on the excellent essence of traditional culture and learn from advanced cultural connotations. To guide the development of ethnic areas with the principle of sustainable development, we must comprehensively improve the cultural quality of the people in ethnic minority areas.
