随着近年来我国对外经济的快速发展,国际物流成了我国经济发展的新增长点。国际物流是在国际贸易的基础上产生并发展起来的,是国际贸易的重要组成部分。但国际物流线长、面广,其复杂程度远高于国内物流。在实际过程中要保证国际物流的顺畅,就需要在拟定合同时,慎重选择贸易术语,明确各自的责任和义务,减少不必要的争执,保证交易的完成。因此,对于如何在国际物流中正确的选择国际贸易术语显得格外重要。
With the rapid development of China’s foreign economy in recent years, international logistics has become a new growth point for China’s economic development.
