目的: 探讨TGF- β对人牙乳头间充质细胞碱性磷酸酶(ALPase) 的影响。方法:采用酶动力学方法,测定不同浓度的TGF- β在不同时间内对体外培养的人牙乳头间充质细胞ALPase 的影响。结果:5μg/L 组促进细胞内ALPase 活性;50μg/L组抑制细胞内ALPase 活性;TGF- β不影响细胞外ALPase 活性。结论:TGF- β可调节人牙乳头间充质细胞碱性磷酸酶活性,在牙乳头间充质细胞分化和矿化过程中可能具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of TGF-β on alkaline phosphatase (ALPase) in human dental papilla mesenchymal cells. Methods: Enzyme kinetic method was used to determine the effect of different concentrations of TGF-β on ALPase in vitro cultured human dental papilla mesenchymal cells in different time. Results: The intracellular ALPase activity was enhanced in 5μg / L group, ALPase activity was inhibited in 50μg / L group, while the activity of ALPase was not affected by TGF-β. CONCLUSION: TGF-β can regulate alkaline phosphatase activity of human dental papilla mesenchymal cells and may play an important role in the process of dental papilla mesenchymal cell differentiation and mineralization.
