目的了解宁海县食源性疾病的发病特征和流行情况,为食源性疾病的防控提供参考依据。方法对2015年-2016年宁海县食源性疾病监测数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2015年-2016年宁海县共报告食源性疾病802例,5月-10月为发病高峰,20岁~60岁是高发人群,临床症状以腹泻、腹痛、恶心、呕吐为主。共检出致病菌101株,检出率为12.59%,其中副溶血性弧菌82株、沙门菌17株、志贺菌2株。水产类食品是主要的原因食品。进食场所以家庭为主。结论夏秋季是宁海县食源性疾病的高发季节,副溶血性弧菌是主要致病微生物,应对当地居民开展针对性的健康教育。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of foodborne diseases in Ninghai County and provide reference for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of foodborne disease surveillance data in Ninghai from 2015 to 2016 was conducted. Results A total of 802 foodborne diseases were reported in Ninghai County during 2015-2016. The peak incidence was from May to October. The prevalence was 20 to 60 years old. The clinical symptoms were diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. A total of 101 pathogens were detected, the detection rate was 12.59%, of which 82 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 17 strains of Salmonella, 2 strains of Shigella. Aquatic food is the main reason food. Eating places are family-based. Conclusion Summer and autumn are the high season of foodborne diseases in Ninghai County. Vibrio parahaemolyticus is the main pathogenic microorganism, and targeted health education should be carried out to local residents.
