黄荣智,男,汉族,中共党员,1956年6月出生,1976年2月参加工作,现任江西省全南县茅山林场大水坑分场场长。今年初,持续肆虐的冰雪低温天气使长江中下游地区遭受了史无前例的冰雪灾害,而地处全南县最南端,平均海拔在500米以上的茅山林场受灾尤其严重,全场70%的林木受到不同程度冻害。而大水坑分场地处偏远,交通不便,海拔较高,是茅山林场受灾最为严重的分场。黄荣智同志作为一名共产党员、分场场长,在灾害面前沉着应对、冷静思考、果断决策,在风雪中挺起了钢铁般的脊梁,带领分场职工勇斗风雪,降低了灾害损失。
