目前,我国大多数英语中职院校的英语教学的质量都普遍低下,在传统教学理念的深远影响下,教学思维与方法都过于古板和模式化,仍旧停留在老模式、老思维阶段,很难调动学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性。而中职生作为一群特殊的学生群体,重专业课而过于轻文化课已经成为了中职生普遍的学习心态和学习现象。再加上中职生基本上英语基础都比较薄弱,因此,在英语学习上将会面对更多的困难,而如何去更好的让学生更容易地接受英语,更有效地学习英语已经成为了中职学校英语教师应去思考与解决的重要课题和难题。显而易见,传统的英语教学已经没有办法完全符合和适应现代职业英语教育的要求。
