人工流产手术是避孕失败的补救措施,虽然手术不大,但对患者带来心理和生理上极大的痛苦。随着医学向生物-心理-社会医学的转变、医疗条件的提升,人们对无痛人流的要求越来越高,麻醉镇痛受到关注和重视。我院对120例无痛人工流产妇女实施了异丙酚合用芬太尼麻醉,效果显著,现总结如下。
