2016年12月30日,美国商务部发布公告,确定了对华乘用和轻卡轮胎“双反”案第一次反倾销年度行政复审强制应诉企业名单。两家强制应诉企业分别为佳通轮胎(含中国境内其他关联公司)及北京百事强贸易有限公司。根据美国法律规定,税令周年月的月底之后245天内(即2016年8月底至2017年5月3日)发布反倾销复审初裁结果(也有可能延期至365天)。
On December 30, 2016, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a public notice announcing the list of mandatory respondent companies for the first anti-dumping annual administrative review of passenger and light truck tires in China. The two mandatory respondents were Giant Tire (including other related companies in the PRC) and Beijing Pepsi Strong Trading Co., Ltd. respectively. According to U.S. law, the preliminary results of the anti-dumping review may be released within 245 days from the end of the fiscal year (ie from the end of August 2016 to May 3, 2017) (with the possibility of extension to 365 days).
