甲氰咪胍(西米替丁)适用于短期(8周)治疗十二指肠溃疡、病理性胃酸分泌过多和预防十二指肠溃疡的复发或需行外科手术者。由于甲氰咪胍可抑制微粒体酶的代谢,故可和一切经肝脏代谢的药物发生药物相互作用。
Cimetidine (cimetidine) is suitable for short-term (8 weeks) treatment of duodenal ulcer, pathological hypersecretion of gastric acid and prevention of recurrence of duodenal ulcer or require surgery. Because cimetidine inhibits the metabolism of microsomal enzymes, it can interact with all drugs metabolized by the liver.
