目的:研究母鼠优裕环境胎教,地震恐惧胎损以及补肾中药对子鼠生长发育、行为表征的影响。方法:将16只受孕SD母鼠按照随机分为4组:优裕“胎教”组(优裕组)、空白对照组(对照组)、地震模拟“胎损”组(地震组),地震模拟胎损后中药干预组(中药组)。观测存活子鼠的体重、身长、尾长、空格试验、睁眼情况、亮盒排便、翻身测试。结果:①优裕环境、地震模拟以及地震模拟后中药干预对子鼠的体重、身长、尾长的影响随时间变化的趋势皆不一样,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②在空格试验中中药组空格数大于其余三组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但优裕组与对照组空格数无统计学差异,地震组与对照组亦无统计学差异;③四组睁眼率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=16.402,P=0.001<0.05),但亮盒排便测试与翻身测试各组间均无统计学意义。结论:优裕环境母鼠胎教可以增加子鼠的体重、身长从而促进子鼠的生长发育;母代的地震恐惧影响可以遗传到子代,并降低体重和身长的延缓子代的生长发育;金匮肾气丸可纠正地震恐惧导致的子鼠发育迟缓。
Objective: To study the effects of fetal prenatal education on fetal environment, fetal fear of earthquake and kidney-invigorating traditional Chinese medicine on the growth and behavioral characterization of offspring. Methods: Sixteen pregnant SD female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, control group, earthquake simulation group, earthquake group, Earthquake simulation after fetal injury Chinese medicine intervention group (Chinese medicine group). Survival rats observed body weight, length, tail length, space test, eyes open, bright box defecation, stand up test. Results: (1) There was a trend that both the favorable environment, the earthquake simulation and the traditional Chinese medicine intervention after earthquake simulation on the weight, length and tail length of the offspring were all different with time and had statistical significance (P <0.05) The space group in the TCM group was larger than the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the number of space between the Jingyu group and the control group, and there was no significant difference between the earthquake group and the control group. There was a significant difference in eye rate (χ2 = 16.402, P = 0.001 <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the light box defecation test and the stand-up test. CONCLUSION: Prenatal education of an ankle environment can increase the body weight and body length of the offspring to promote the growth and development of the offspring. The earthquake-induced fear of the mother generation can be inherited to the offspring, and the growth and development of the offspring can be delayed due to the reduction of body weight and length. Shenqi Wan can correct the fear of earthquake caused by the development of offspring.
