我厂生产的高炉铸铁机链子板如图1所示,生产量大,形状薄而长,而且呈多台形,过去是在一吨自由锻锤上制坯,然后再在三吨自由锻锤上进行胎模锻造的。为了减轻预锻胎模的负担,将R32凸台和165叉口平台都先锻出来。尽管这样,预锻模的损伤仍然较快,特别因锤击力是通过活动胎模传递的,能量损失较多,因而设备能力显得很不足,预锻一个毛坯,就需连续重击二十次左右,对锤杆寿命有很大损害,而且,这种上、下结构形状较复杂的胎模在合模时也很费时间,因而生产效率低。
