近年来,我科收治化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎19例,疗程短,效果好,畸形轻,现报告如下: 临床资料本组男14例,女5例,年龄13～45岁,平均29岁,由各种创伤所致14例,扎耳针3例,血肿穿刺及外耳道狭窄术后各1例。就诊时间2～3个月,治愈时间7～18天(平均9天)。 1.麻醉:以局部麻醉为主,病变严重不能耐受者采用全麻。19例中17例局麻,2例全
