传统的工程设计,都是二维平面设计,对于空间造型多样、管线错综复杂的工业项目,应用二维图纸表现具有很大难度。BIM技术模式,为设计师提供了一种全新的设计手段,把真实的建筑信息参数化、数字化以后形成一个模型,使得设计师可以在虚拟的城市空间里设计与思考,为设计提供自由的研究手段和更直观的空间感受。BIM模型将设计、施工、设备、材料等所有信息用计算机平台进行整合,让不同的团队可以共同工作,最终将所有信息更直观的建立三维模型。本文介绍某工业项目采用BIM设计过程,希望能为BIM设计应用提供借鉴。
