新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区莎车县是十二木卡姆的故乡,也是中央要求上海对口支援的国家级重点贫困县。莎车县每年初中毕业生有1.2万人,仅有20%至30%升入职业高中以上的学校,大量的学生回乡务农。上海援疆教师响应中央新疆工作座谈会的精神,来到当地,从实际出发、遵循教育规律,努力推进职业技术教学改革,支持莎车县职教事业的发展。
Shache County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the hometown of 12 Muqam and is also a national-level key poverty-stricken counties that the Central Government requires Shanghai to provide assistance to. Each year, there are 12,000 junior middle school graduates in Shache County, and only 20% to 30% of them have moved to schools above vocational high schools. A large number of students return to rural areas for farming. In response to the spirit of the symposium held by the Central Government in Xinjiang, Shanghai Aidiang teachers came to the locality to proceed from the reality and abide by the laws of education in an effort to promote the reform of vocational and technical education and support the development of vocational education in Shache County.
