近年中国证券市场上暴露出来的上市公司造假事件已有多起，最近蓦然又出来一个银广夏，不能不让人震惊。应当说，我国相关法规等已建立起了相对严密的规范信息公开的法律制度，为何一些公司的管理层仍如此肆意妄为，毫无顾忌？ 分析一下过往的诸多实例，不难看出，造成这一现状
