10年间,我国货币、财政政策逐步由激进转向稳健,货币投放兼顾实体经济增长和调控通胀预期的需要,消费逐步超越投资成为经济发展第一推动力,城镇化农业现代化稳步推进,收入分配改革方兴未艾。研究过去10年政府工作报告将对我国经济发展方式转变、相关配套政策措施变化及2013年的经济工作部署起到前瞻性的研究。
In the 10 years, the monetary and fiscal policies of our country have gradually shifted from radicalization to stability. The money supply has taken into account the needs of real economic growth and the regulation of inflation expectations. Consumption gradually surpassed investment as the primary driver of economic development. Urbanization accelerated the modernization of agriculture and the income distribution reform was still in the ascendant . The study of the government work report in the past 10 years will provide a forward-looking study on the transformation of China’s economic development mode, the changes in relevant supporting policies and measures and the economic work in 2013.
