一、申报旅客携带或者分离运输下列物品进出境者,应如实向海关申报: 1.海关征税或限量免税进境的物品; 2.进出境旅行自用物品和超出规定的旅行自用物品范围但仍为旅行途中需用的物品; 3.国家禁止进出境的物品和国家限制进出境的文物、货币、金银及其制品,以及印刷品、音像制品等物品; 4.货物、货样和其它超出旅客行李范围的物品。二、红绿通道需办理纳税或海关批注验放手续的旅客,请选择“红色通道”通关;其他旅客可选择“绿色通道”通关。“红色通道”标志为红色正方形,“绿色通道”为绿色正八角形。三、一般规定
