为满足我国经济和社会发展的需要,交通基础设施建设作为先行军正迎来新一轮的投资高潮,因此国务院鼓励PPP模式引进社会资本进入这些领域,如今又以资产证券化这一创新融资方式为社会资本方投资PPP项目提供了新的退出渠道,此将有效地降低项目融资成本,对于盘活PPP项目存量资产,推动交通基础设施建设具有重要意义。
