中国航海学会第一次代表大会暨一九七九年年会于四月一日至四月七日在广州召开。出席这次大会的代表和特邀代表共270名。交通部部长曾生同志出席了开幕式并亲切地会见了大会全体代表。中国科协付主席刘述周同志出席了大会,并作了重要讲话。交通部付部长贺崇升同志作了题为《适应工作重点战略转移,积极开展航海学会工作》的报告。
The first congress of China Navigation Association and the 1979 annual meeting were held in Guangzhou from April 1 to April 7. A total of 270 delegates and invited delegates attended the conference. Minister of Communications Zeng Sheng attended the opening ceremony and cordially met all the representatives of the conference. Comrade Liu Shuzhou, chairman of China Association for Science and Technology, attended the meeting and made an important speech. Comrade He Chongsheng, minister of the Ministry of Communications, made a report titled “Adapting to the Strategic Transfer of Key Work Points and Actively Carrying out the Work of Navigation Society”.
