介绍一种模拟分析轮心与车轴、轮箍装配全过程的三维数值分析方法，详细研究了GK1型调车机车轮心在装配过程中预应力的形成和变化，讨论了轴重增加、不同过盈配合量和轮箍磨耗对轮心强度的影响。
A three-dimensional numerical analysis method of simulating the whole process of wheel center, wheel axle and wheel assembly is introduced. The formation and variation of prestressing force of wheel center of GK1 shunting wheel during assembly are studied in detail. The influence of the amount of surplus mix and wheel wear on wheel center strength.
