[例1]故障现象 有两台机器,接通电源开关后都是电源指示灯不亮,带盒插不进。 分析与检修 根据上述故障现象,初步判断两台机器的故障出在带仓机构或电源电路中。但经检查后发现两台机器的故障原因却不相同。 1.拆开其中一台机器的机壳检查带仓机构,发现带仓右侧带仓驱动臂齿轮边缘上的定位孔与黑色齿轮条上的定位孔位置已错位(该机构如图1所示),造成黑色齿轮条上方的盒入开关(CAS.SW)处于断开状态,所以带盒插不进。排除方法是,卸下带仓驱动臂,将带仓退到弹出位置,
