在国家大力提倡构建和谐社会的今天,煤炭企业的女工的工作情况应该受到特别的重视和关注。煤炭企业要充分重视女职工的作用,围绕企业改革发展任务,动员和引导女职工积极投身到企业的发展建设当中,结合企业自身特点,进一步维护女职工的合法权益,使她们在企业生产经营活动中充分发挥半边天的作用。本文从煤炭企业女工工作的现状出发,对如何保障女工合法权益,改善女工工作状态提出自己的建议。
