中国农业银行总行领导下的长春管理干部学院,担负着为农业银行系统培养符合社会主义德才标准的,适应四个现代化建设需要的银行经营管理干部的光荣任务。 中国农业银行长春管理干部学院是一九八四年四月筹建,同年九月由国家教育委员会备案的。几年来,本着“边建院,边招生”的原则,经过全体教职员工的共同努力,已初具规模,目前,全院有二百四十名教职工,其中教师一百零四名,取得中级以上业务职称的约占五分之二。同时,还聘请总行和分行在岗的具有中、高级职称的16名同志为兼职教师。在总行的关怀下,学院已初步形成了一支以教学科研人员为骨干的教学和管理队伍。图书馆藏书十万多册,报刊资料千余种。正在兴建中的新院部座落在长春市美丽的南湖之滨。
