通过人力资源管理外包,能够大幅度降低企业运营成本,同时提高企业企业的核心竞争力。但是凡事都是具有两面性的,人力资源外包在我国还处于一个发展起步的阶段,实施过程中,存在着一定的风险,一旦风险无法得到有效的控制,就会给企业带来很大的损失。本文简要介绍了人力资源管理外包的风险,并给出了应对人力资源管理外包风险的对策,为我国企业的人力资源外包提供了一定的借鉴作用。
Through human resources management outsourcing, can greatly reduce the operating costs of enterprises, while improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, everything has its two sides. Human resource outsourcing is still in the initial stage of development in our country. In the process of implementation, there is a certain risk. Once the risk can not be effectively controlled, it will bring great losses to the enterprise. This article briefly introduces the risk of human resource management outsourcing and gives the countermeasures to deal with the risk of human resource management outsourcing, which provides a reference for human resource outsourcing of Chinese enterprises.
