喷淋式的前处理是用压力式的喷淋管道来清除工件表面的油脂及完成磷化处理的。对封闭的箱式自动生产线来说,清除管道内的脏物及积聚的磷化液残渣是比较困难的,尤其是磷化喷淋头的清除疏通。为此,我们找出了一种较好的清除方法。一、管壁上积聚的残渣成份磷化液中残渣的形成是在钢铁件表面形成磷酸盐覆膜时产生的。磷化液中的废液主要成份为FePO_4、Fe(OH)_3、Fe(OH)_2、Zn_2Fe(PO_4)_2,加入磷酸可使其沉淀溶解约为90%,其反应生成Zn~(2+)、Fe~(2+)、Fe_(3+)、HPO_4~(2-)。
