“严于律己,热心待客”,这是人们表扬杭州市轮渡公司职工的一句话,确切地反映了他们开展优质服务的精神风貌。杭州市轮渡公司地处钱塘江畔,是1985年浙江省第一家集资筹建的全民所有制汽车轮渡企业,现有职工235人,其中50%是农民合同制职工。去年8月,杭州市遭受了百年未见的7号台风的袭击。8月7日是星期天,听到强台风的警报后,当晚,这个公司就有90名职工赶到单位坚守岗位。他们是全市各企业工人自动到岗率最高的。职工们迎着狂风,跳入江中救船、救人,没有发生一船一人损伤,为杭州市的救灾工作以及灾后恢复生产做出了突出的贡献。大家称赞他们是一支十二级台风刮不垮的队伍。
