为了保证调度绞车卷筒内部的运动部件的润滑性,在其表面开设4个润滑油孔,经现场使用发现,润滑油孔处易出现裂纹。为了解决此问题,在润滑油孔内安装丝堵,并利用ANSYS软件对安装丝堵前后的卷筒装置进行有限元分析。结果表明,安装丝堵前卷筒体上的孔状结构存在应力集中,安装丝堵后避免了应力集中的现象,满足了结构强度要求。
In order to ensure the smoothness of the moving parts in the winch drum, 4 lubricating oil holes were opened on the surface of the winch drum. After the site was found, the lubricating oil hole was easily cracked. In order to solve this problem, install the plug in the lubricating oil hole, and use the ANSYS software to carry on the finite element analysis to the reel device before and after installing the plug. The results show that there is stress concentration in the hole-like structure on the drum body before installation, and the stress concentration is avoided after the plugging is installed, which meets the structural strength requirements.
