通过对伊拉克某油田主营地设计项目的回顾,分析在海外项目设计管理中遇到的问题及其应对措施,希望能对参与类似海外项目的设计者,提供一些借鉴。
Through the review of the design project of the main site of an oilfield in Iraq, the problems encountered in the design and management of overseas projects and their countermeasures are analyzed. It is hoped that the project will provide reference for designers involved in similar overseas projects.
