随着世界能源的不断危机,我国的能源问题也随之紧张起来,我国是一个人口大国,在发展经济的同时保护环境及土地资源,是我们每个建设者当前不可推卸的责任,因为土地是我们人类赖以生存的地方。在砖混结构住宅中,东北地区传统作法是,外墙均为490mm厚粘土实心砖砌体,它的缺点是耗费大量的土地,外墙荷载大,加大地基的设计,增加经济投入,不符合我国国情,为解决东北地区民用住宅外墙传统结构设计,国家建设部颁布了JCJ26-95《民用建筑节能设计标准》,根据这一标准我们在某开发公司开发的综合楼施工中,采用了节能保温复合墙体,它在减少外墙厚度及荷载的前提下,并保证了结构安全及保温、隔热等性能。 1、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板外墙保温的应用
