黄河禹门口至潼关河段(简称禹潼段,下同)是黄河中游防洪体系的重要组成部分,又位于三门峡库区上段,地理位置十分特殊,1969年以来,减少河道淤积及塌岸塌滩,保护沿岸村庄及人民群众生命财产安全,河道两岸共修建河道整治工程36处,工程长度145.91km,坝垛1009座,但由于部分工程修建时没有制定统一的河道整治导线,一大部分工程为抢险时建设,断面结构单薄,布局不尽合理,设防标准较低,加之工程长度不足,尚不能有效控导河势。目前防洪仍面临较多问题,本文扼要分析了该河段防洪存在的问题,提出了治理建议,以供商榷。
The Yumenkou to Tongguan reach of the Yellow River (hereinafter referred to as Yu Tong segment, the same below) is an important part of the flood control system in the middle reaches of the Yellow River and is located in the upper segment of Sanmenxia reservoir area. However, since some of the projects were not constructed with a single river alignment guideline, most of the works were Emergency construction, the structure of thin section, the layout is not reasonable, lower fortification standards, combined with the lack of length of the project, still can not effectively control the river. At present, flood control still faces more problems. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems of flood control in the reach of the river and puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with it.
