根据特种加工实验教学的要求,以电火花加工为例介绍了正交实验法的原理、特点及实施过程。采用L9(34)正交表研究了脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、峰值电流等电参数对电火花加工材料去除率和电极损耗率的影响,得到了相应的规律关系。实践表明,采用正交实验法来指导学生进行特种加工实验,既可加深学生对特种加工技术的认识和理解,也有助于提升他们运用所学的数学知识解决实际问题的能力。
According to the requirement of special processing experiment teaching, the principle, characteristics and implementation process of orthogonal experiment method are introduced by taking EDM as an example. The influences of pulse width, pulse interval, peak current and other electrical parameters on EDM material removal rate and electrode wear rate were studied by using L9 (34) orthogonal table. The corresponding regularities were obtained. Practice shows that the use of orthogonal experiment method to guide students to carry out special processing experiments can not only deepen students’ understanding and understanding of special processing technologies, but also help enhance their ability to solve practical problems by using the learned mathematics.
