将土豆渣、凤尾菇菌糠——两种食品工业常见废料用于小白侧耳培育,并以响应面法对培养基配比进行分析和优化。得到温度为18℃,pH值为7.0,培养料含土豆渣29%、凤尾菇菌糠58%的最优培养条件。于此条件下实际收获小白侧耳98g,与理论值104.717g接近。所收获之菌菇色泽纯白,香气浓郁。该方法合理有效地消耗和利用了价值几乎为零的两种工业废料,变废为宝,节约废旧材料处理人物力成本的同时,亦有效增地加了经济价值。“,”This work used potato waste and mushroom residue in the cultivation of Pleurotus, then optimized the cultivated method by response surface analysis. The optimal conditions of cultivation were: cultivation with 29% potato processing waste and 58% mushroom residue, at pH 7.0, 18 ℃. The actual output of Pleurotus was 98 g, which was closed to the theoretical value 104.717 g. The products were rich fragrance and brightly colored. The work fully utilized two industrial wastes which was valueless. It was not only economized on manpower and material resources in waste management, but also improved the economic benefit effectively.
